Hello, everyone!
The Fourth of July is here, bringing the relentless summer heat. If you're feeling worn out or a bit down, remember this: bad days will pass, and good ones should be cherished because they won't return. Embrace each moment as it comes.
So, how have you been doing, folks? I'd love to hear about what's happening in your lives. Feel free to share in the comments below.
Appreciating the Small Things
We often overlook the small joys in life. As C.S. Lewis once said,
“Isn’t it funny how day by day nothing changes, but when you look back, everything is different?”
It's essential to take a step back and appreciate how much we've grown and changed with time. If you can sit back and tell your younger self that you are better and stand where it didn’t even think of then you are doing great. You are stuck only when each of your days is nothing but a repetition of the other, you are not changing and learning new things. It is essential to keep a childlike spirit of curiosity and inquisitiveness throughout your life, or you will easily bore yourself out.
Personal Growth and New Learnings
Over the past month, I've been on a journey of learning and self-improvement. I've been actively taking courses on graphic design and video editing. It's been a fascinating experience, and I can't wait to apply these new skills to my projects. I've also been reading more books lately. If you're interested in book reviews or recommendations, let me know in the comments. I'd love to share my thoughts and hear your suggestions too.
A Tribute to Hayao Miyazaki
I would take a moment to appreciate Hayao Miyazaki's latest film, *The Boy and the Heron”. This masterpiece reflects not just his childhood but also a profound commentary on life and death. Miyazaki's ability to weave deep, emotional narratives into his work is truly inspiring. It is a film filled with sentimentality. The thing with this movie is that it blends his own life with anime and his unique storytelling style. The movie brings out not only Ghibli but also Evangelion and other animation studios that helped out in the animation process. If anything it is a beautiful salute to the amazing works of art we have been able to see because of Hayao Miyazaki.
Engage and Share
I encourage you all to share your thoughts and experiences in the comments. Whether it's about coping with the summer heat, new hobbies you've picked up, or your thoughts on Miyazaki's films, I want to hear it all.
Remember, our community thrives on your participation and stories. Let's make this space a vibrant and supportive one.
Stay cool and have a fantastic July 4th!
Warm regards,
[Makoto]
